How much does a reader subscription cost?

1. It's absolutely FREE.
2. You can subscribe to several magazines, either via mail or email.

How do I subscribe to newsletter?

1. Click "Sign In" if you are already registered.
2. Go into "My Settings" and select "Newsletter".
3. Fill all data completely once and indicate what is the desired subscription.
4. Click "Save".

How to request for information?

1. Fill in and submit the request information form present on the product page.

   You can fill and submit request on as many products as you need.

2. Click the basket button beside the search button on the top of the page.
3. Once on the request cart page, verify information in your cart and then send it.
4. If you are not connected to your account or registered, you will be redirected to the login form.
   1. Sign in if you already have an account.
   2. Otherwise, go to the register form, fill in the form and sign in with the credentials that will be sent to your email address.
5. You will be redirected to the request cart page.
6. Click send, and wait for the answer from the product owner.
7. You will receive a mail as soon as your request has been transmitted to the product owner.

When can I expect to receive answer to my request?

1. You will get a call from each product owner within three (3) days to learn about what are your needs and tell you if he has a good solution for you.
2. If your request is URGENT, the contact must be done within 24 hours.
3. If you do not have any news, contact-us.

1. Contact-us using our support service with a clear description or your needs.
2. We will send your request immediately to our customers and relationships.
